1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bv77 platform, including all products, services, games, promotions, and features made available through bv77.club ("the Platform").
1.2 By registering a bv77 account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published by bv77 from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1.3 These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration and remain in force until your bv77 account is closed, whether by you or by bv77 in accordance with these Terms.
1.4 bv77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the bv77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. bv77 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, access, or use any service on the Platform. bv77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process to verify user age.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of bv77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. bv77 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one bv77 account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 KYC Verification. bv77 requires identity verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. This involves submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistan CNIC) and may include additional documentation at bv77's discretion. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights.
2.6 Non-Transferability. Your bv77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv77 login credentials, including your username and password. bv77 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
3.2 You must notify bv77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your bv77 account. Until such notification is received, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.3 bv77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) for enhanced account security. bv77 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to secure account credentials.
4.1 bv77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, approved Pakistani bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), and USDT on the TRC20 network. Supported methods are displayed in the deposit section of your account and may change at bv77's discretion.
4.2 All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a cryptocurrency method is used, in which case the equivalent PKR value at the time of transaction confirmation applies.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform. bv77 reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
4.4 Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.5 bv77 is not liable for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds.
5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in the user's own name. bv77 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
5.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Standard processing times are displayed in the Platform — same-day processing applies to JazzCash and Easypaisa for verified accounts, subject to risk review.
5.4 bv77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bv77 may request further documentation before releasing funds.
5.5 Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before they can be withdrawn.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the bv77 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Those terms form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, a wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. bv77 reserves the right to withhold or remove bonuses, cancel bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. 6.4 bv77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
7.1 All bets placed on the bv77 Platform are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the Platform.
7.2 A bet is accepted once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal acceptance, screenshots, or other unofficial records do not constitute confirmation.
7.3 bv77 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the bv77 decision is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
7.5 Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice. bv77 is not liable for any inability to place or amend bets during market suspension.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the bv77 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game content, trademarks, logos, and data — is the property of bv77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from bv77 is strictly prohibited.
10.1 bv77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv77 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 bv77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 bv77's total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 bv77 is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
11.1 bv77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all registered users and can be accessed via account settings or by contacting bv77 support.
11.2 bv77 enforces an 18+ age restriction. Users who have not completed KYC age verification may not withdraw funds.
11.3 If you believe you have a gambling problem, bv77 encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature and to seek independent support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.1 You may request closure of your bv77 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
12.2 bv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform or its users.
12.3 In cases of account closure due to proven breach of these Terms, bv77 may forfeit all balances held in the account, including winnings derived from the breach.
13.1 bv77 may amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at bv77.club/terms-conditions with the effective date stated. Where amendments are material, bv77 will make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv77 is licensed and operated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you must first contact bv77 support to seek resolution. bv77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties may seek resolution through independent arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
